Terms and Conditions for Photographers and Videographers at ZIMM Events

1. Professional Conduct: All photographers and videographers must maintain professional behavior at all times. Any form of misconduct may result in immediate removal from the event and revocation of credentials.

2. Accreditation: Only accredited photographers and videographers are allowed to capture footage during the event. Credentials must be worn and visible at all times.

3. Dress Code: Appropriate attire must be worn to maintain a professional image. Casual or event-specific dress codes will be communicated prior to the event.

4. Punctuality: Timeliness is crucial. Photographers and videographers must arrive at the venue at least one hour before the event starts for setup and briefings.

5. Equipment: All equipment must be professional-grade and in good working condition. ZIMM Events is not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal equipment.

6. Designated Areas: Photographers and videographers must stay within designated areas. Roaming beyond these areas is prohibited unless specifically granted permission.

7. Content Usage: All captured content (photos and videos) is the property of ZIMM Events. Photographers and videographers grant ZIMM Events full rights to use the content for promotional and commercial purposes.

8. Post-Event Submission: All photos and videos must be submitted to ZIMM Events within 48 hours of the event’s conclusion, unless otherwise specified.

9. Copyright: While photographers and videographers retain the rights to their work, ZIMM Events reserves the right to use all submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Social Media: Any content shared on personal or professional social media accounts must credit ZIMM Events. Tagging and appropriate hashtags must be used as instructed.

11. Confidentiality: Confidentiality must be maintained regarding any behind-the-scenes activities or information not meant for public disclosure.

12. Interference: Photographers and videographers must not interfere with the event, performers, or audience members. Disruption of any kind is not tolerated.

13. Compliance with Laws: All photographers and videographers must comply with local laws and regulations related to photography, videography, and data protection.

14. Health and Safety: Health and safety guidelines provided by ZIMM Events must be strictly followed. This includes any specific COVID-19 protocols or other health advisories.
